I made a promise to myself today to think of you each time I have someone tell me that climate changes are inevitable and one person can’t make a difference, anyway. I’m going to ask them to do one thing about climate change that would make their dearest ones proud of them.

Please know that I have tried very hard to be one of those people, to even make the smallest of changes in order to improve the world for you and your future.

My hope is for all who live in your time to still know the joy of swimming in the ocean, walking through the woods, and hiking in the mountains.
I pledge to stop using plastic bags.

Most importantly, I hope you live in a world where science is taken seriously and fact is clearly distinguished from fiction.
