We hope that this letter finds you well, and that you are able to be proud of the world we have left you. Today, I see that as a hope, but not realistic. We are hurting this planet at an alarming rate. The beautiful animals we see on the endangered species list, may just be pictures in a textbook to you. I pray this is not what the future will show. I hope you never see an emaciated Polar Bear, or extreme weather that is starting to plague the world. We are working to change today. We are working to recycle, retrofit buildings, and raise awareness through education. Every day I feel the change getting closer. However, I hope this change begins to grow. If not, I hope your generation does not follow our footsteps. If we don’t make the change, I hope it is not too late and you can change the narrative for us, and for the world of your tomorrow.
