Dear People Of The Future,

I hope the world is still a beautiful place. I hope that soon the people of my time will wake up and make changes to make sure the world stays beautiful. I hope one day we stop taking it all for granted. I know it’s possible, but I don’t know if it will happen. To be honest, I’m worried about how my great grandchildren will live. Climate change and global warming is real. We are currently seeing some of the worst wild fires ever in California. The air quality is so bad, I can’t even see the hills from my yard anymore. It had me feeling nauseous and gave me huge headaches. Face masks are sold out at stores. Schools are closing till it gets better. It’s scary, this is the stuff you see in movies about the end of the world. Still, nothing is being done. Our president sucks, and is no help. So all I can say is I hope things only get better from what they are now. If not, I apologize on behalf of humanity.. that we couldn’t all come together and do better for our home planet and for future generations.
