Dear Lillyana,

I love you with all of my heart and more! While I write this you are 6 years old. I want the best for you in life. Clean air to breathe, water to swim in and drink, land to explore and safe food to eat are some of my aspirations for you and everyone on our planet. I will continue to work to make the Earth a cleaner and safer place for you to grow and explore.

I will continue to teach you to tread lightly on Earth while you play and learn, pick up trash at parks and beaches, support local farmers and assist/support organizations that help protect our Earth. While supporting organizations that help protect our Earth, we need to continue to pay attention to those that are harmful to our environment and stand against them.

With the help of many other like-minded individuals, I believe we can slow down the rate of global warming, clean up our air and waters and push for non-GMO and Organic foods to be more prevalent and affordable for all. Everyone deserves to grow up in a non-toxic world and I will continue to strive for this to protect your health.

We had a lot in common obviously, and our concern for the planet we live on was one of the many things we bonded over.
