With any luck, the world you’re living is not the post-apocalyptic howling wilderness I’ve imagined it to be. If that’s the case, then I congratulate you. If it is in fact that bad, then I want you to remember that you did what you could to help dampen the impact of the inevitable. And that is worth taking a small bit of comfort in.
Dear Tomorrow,
I will stop using plastic and will plant trees. I will also not waste water and electricity.
To my dear children in the year 2050,
I don’t wish to go backwards, but I do wish we would slow down and design our brave new world with more care.

I am witnessing climate change in a way that I do not like, and I do not know how can I stop it.

I am scared of the things happening right now with our planet.

I’ll buy only food that I plan to eat before it spoils.

So it’s 2050. If the good people are winning the greater struggle, fossil fuels are a shamefully long chapter of the past, and there has been a full scale awakening to the need for only renewable, clean energy.
