Dear Future Generations,

I am writing you from the year 2019. I really feel like this service is amazing because I get to tell you a little bit about the world we are living in. This beautiful planet has been existing for about 4.5 billion years. It is a breath-taking eye soaring place to call home. The best place to get a minor glimpse of this earth core beauty is by exploring the outdoors and getting comfortable with nature. It also carries the most unique, astonishing and exotic creatures.

But as unfortunate as this may sound, ever since us humans began getting greedy we begun harming the planet. Throughout the years of human manufacturing and inefficient energy usage, it has released an abundance of greenhouse gases which has caused there to be a major change in our atmosphere. We refer to it as “climate change.” Climate change means that we are experiencing a long-term rise in the average temperature of the Earth’s climate system. Now I worry and I get sadden at the thought that future generations will not get to experience the beauties this planet once held such as snow, polar bears, Amur leopard, a variety of rhinos, hawksbill sea turtle, and many more.

My promise to you, the future, is that I will continue to try hardest to reduce not only my own carbon footprint, but inform everyone I speak to about the facts. I will reduce the energy consumption and become as energy efficient I can wherever I go. When I graduate from school and work in a marketing department, I will promote green eco-friendly alternatives any chance I get. The reason why I will continue to fight is because it want us and you to be living in a safe, magnificent and healthy world not having to worry about constant irregular activity that may harm you. I challenge whoever is reading this to pass the message and begin saving the world by turning off one light bulb at a time as well as spending more time outdoors in nature with your family.
