In 2019, I am scared for the future. I am afraid that my generation and the generations before me are continuing to ruin the environment to the point of no return. However, I still have hope. And I hope that you look at the world in 2050 and breathe in clean air, experience playing in the snow, and know that polar bears and other animals are not extinct. I hope that my generation and the past generation were able to fix our issues and that the world is in better condition. I hope that you are reading in your history textbooks about how everyone got together despite their differences and cleaned up their polluting habits.
