You guys are going to have a hard life in a world of unhealthy people and lots (probably too much) tech. At least that’s how it is now. It’s probably going to be worse I think. Here are some tips to remember: Don’t underestimate people. You can’t trust anyone 100%. Always be prepared and don’t be afraid. The less people that know about something the less it spreads. Be good to everyone. Don’t judge anyone until you meet them and get to know them. The real them, not the fake version. People change more than you think. Respect everyone until they give you a reason to disrespect them.

Also love nature. Plants are good. Plants won’t turn and try to attack you. Like robots…

Anyway good luck because it’s gonna suck but it’ll get better. Hopefully.
