I want to believe that by the time you are reading this letter our society has made a significant progress in transitioning towards sustainability. In 2016, one of the primary problems we were dealing with across the planet is climate change. Our luxurious life style and infinite pursuit of power and money increased global waste production, greenhouse gas emissions, and resources depletion. Scientific evidence suggested that we were gradually reaching the planetary boundaries that would cause irreversible consequences unless people become more invested in making a change.

I have faith that you, as the future generation, will be able to stop this deterioration and make the right decisions to implement a practical frame work focused not only on reducing carbon emission and waste production but also on being more creative and effective.

Adapting a sustainable life style is one of the ways you can attack the climate change problem. Making small changes in your life will have a valuable environmental impact and will encourage your surroundings to be more proactive.

From my personal experience, I can tell you that changing daily habits isn’t as uncomfortable as it may seem and can actually turn out for the better. You shouldn’t be afraid of getting out of this comfort zone adopted by our society and always try to push your limits and be the best version of yourselves.

I trust you and know you have the power to make your life more meaningful and satisfied by giving back to the environment and be more involved in the processes and changes happening on this planet.
