Global warming is real and we’ve seen the effects of it through aggressive natural disasters and sea level rise. It is too bad that we currently have a president who refuses to take a look at the science and see that his ignorance is just allowing for further destruction. I am well aware of climate change, and I promise that I will spread this knowledge to people who are not as aware. Knowledge is so powerful because it causes one to step back and see things for how they really are, which then leads to action. I make sure to tell my parents all about global warming, which it has caused them to switch over to a diet that consists of chicken and turkey over beef. I will also be more aware of the carbon footprint that I leave by eating less beef and finding more efficient ways of transportation. Hopefully, we can all come together so that you are still able to visit the beautiful coasts of somewhere like Florida or witness a giant glacier in Alaska.
